If you're not happy with Ketpy in the first 30 days, write to us and we'll refund 100% — no forms, no friction.
After 30 days
Annual plans: cancel any time and we pro-rate the remaining months. Monthly plans: cancel any time and you'll be charged only for the days used.
How to cancel
From your super admin dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel. Or write to info@ketpy.com.
Refund timeline
Refunds processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
